Individual Membership: $30
Youth Membership: $15
Youths must be 18 years of age or younger as of Jan. 1 of the current year to qualify as a Youth Member for the current year season.

Qualification Requirements for ILRHA Year End awards
- ILRHA Membership required for rider/owner (class dependent) prior to the conclusion of any show which is to be counted toward Year End totals.
- Participation in at least 50% of the ILRHA Affiliate Circuit shows of that season.
- Points earned will be based on the horse or horse & rider combination dependent on class.
- Refer to the ILRHA rulebook in above link for further details.
ILRHA Green Reiner, RIDE & SLIDE, AND GREEN HORSE CLASS Qualifications
- GREEN REINER LEVEL 1: Open to any rider holding a valid NRHA Associate, Youth or Non-Pro membership, and has less than $200 in NRHA lifetime earnings, less than 75 Youth points, and less than 200 Green points.
- GREEN REINER LEVEL 2: Open to any rider holding a valid NRHA Associate, Youth or Non-Pro membership, and has less than $350 in NRHA lifetime earnings, less than 175 Youth points, and less than 350 Green points.
- RIDE & SLIDE NON-PRO LEVEL 1* : Open to any rider holding a valid NRHA Associate, Youth or Non-Pro membership, and has less than $75 in NRHA lifetime earnings, and less than 50 Green points / 25 Youth points.
- RIDE & SLIDE NON-PRO LEVEL 2* : Open to any rider holding a valid NRHA membership, and has less than $150 in NRHA lifetime earnings, and less than 100 Green points / 50 Youth points.
- GREEN HORSE*/** : A horse may compete at the ILRHA State Fair Reining if it has won less than $500 in lifetime earnings, or has 25 or fewer points in any recognized reining competition.
* Ride & Slide Levels 1 and 2, and Green Horse are NOT ILRHA Year-End Award classes.
